they’ll be having their grand opening this friday, july 8th with solo sets from Patrick Jennings (of Hot New Mexicans) and Andre Gallant (of Carrie Nations) and it should kick off around 8PM.
I’ll be playing there on july 22nd with Cloud Becomes Your Hand (brooklyn) and som other folks as well. I’m super excited about this new space, and i think it will a refreshing addition to Athens. The “store” is volunteer run, and looking for people to help out, share ideas and input, sell music equipment, clothing, artwork, books and other neat stuff. If you are interested in being a part of this, please pay them a visit!
